Our Membership is £750.00 including your first course.

Your first 3-4 day residential course is held in a 4* Hotel in the heart of Winchester.
In a spacious, airy conference room.
Our residential courses give you the opportunity to focus entirely on your speech without everyday distractions.
In a supportive and focused environment, you learn the Changes technique and tools to help control your speech with confidence.

Parking at the hotel is for hotel guests - subject to availably.

To support your progress at home, you'll receive a purposefully designed resource kit. It includes:
- A reusable Changes Tote Bag.
- A course manual - a detailed guide to the Changes Technique and other tools.
- Progress Journal to reflect on your experiences and track your ongoing progress.
- With additional resources designed to reinforce your confidence and success.

When you leave the course, your support doesn’t stop there.
You will have access to:

You will be invited to attend a second full course to recap everything you learnt during the first course.
In addition, RRR Weekends and RRR Days, exclusively available for members, provide further opportunities to
Recap, Relax, and Refresh your technique.

What is not covered in the membership fee.
Bed & Breakfast
Bed & breakfast is not included in your membership fee.
Changes will book your accommodation when you sign up for the course to ensure you receive the special rates. You can book 3 or 4 nights at the special rate, depending on your travel circumstances. Payment for the stay will be settled directly with the hotel upon departure.
With your permission, your contact details will be shared with the hotel at the time of booking.
Please note, any additional extras added to your hotel bill will be your responsibility and are not covered by Changes.
Bed & Breakfast is
£100.00 per person per night.
(subject to change - depending on the hotel)
Travel
Travel to and from the courses is not covered by Changes and is the responsibility of the attendee.
Refreshments
Refreshments will be charged on returning courses. (only included for your first course fee) Lunches and Dinners optional on future courses.

Payment of 50% will be due to confirm your place.
Then the balance one month before the course.

Returning Members - Attending a Full Course.
It is highly recommended to return to another full courses to recap & strengthen your technique.
You will be given dates of the next available course to book onto.
