Thank you for your application form and booking on a Changes residential course.

To finalise your arrangements, please complete this booking form to confirm your hotel accommodation.

Before completing the form, please note the course starts at 9am on "Day 1".

The course finishes on "Day 4" at approx 1pm - 1.30pm

I will book your Bed and Breakfast for the 3 days.

If you are travelling and wanted to arrive the day before to settle in and not rush on the first morning, please do let me know via the Booking Form and I will ensure to book that for you.

If you have any questions or special requirements please do add them to the Booking Form for my attention.

Payment for the B & B is paid directly to the hotel. I will give you the details and codes required as special prices have been given for the course booking.
