Changes - Residential Course

Thank you for your application form and booking on a Changes residential course.


To finalise your arrangements, please complete this booking form to confirm your hotel accommodation.

Before completing the form, please note the course starts on the Thursday at 9am

The course finishes on the Sunday at approx 12.30pm - 1pm

I will book your Bed and Breakfast for the Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

If you are travelling and wanted to arrive on the Wednesday to settle in and not rush on the Thursday Morning, please do let me know via the Booking Form and I will ensure to book that for you.

If you have any questions or special requirements please do add them to the Booking Form for my attention.
